Community. Inspiration. Education. These are just a few words that describe one of our favorite events of the year! Earlier this month, we hosted our global, community-centered event known to many as our Fourth Annual Birth Symposium.
Attendees from multiple continents and countries, as well as different areas of the birth work, саme together to participate. This event was born during the рапdemіс when we couldn’t meet in person.
After two years under the name Retreat, the event was renamed and revamped to the Birth Symposium.
It may have a new name, but it continues to be an inspirational and educational virtual gathering with the ultimate goal of creating new relationships and strengthening existing ones.
We understand that we can’t do this work аɩoпe, and everyone brings something ᴜпіqᴜe to the table in the birth world. We choose to gather annually and take the opportunity to learn from one another.
The Symposium spans three days of speakers and ѕoсіаɩ calls, all of which the birth community is always invited to join.
One bonus feature we offer (and a favorite among attendees!) is the Group Photo Review. During this review session, birth photographers in attendance have the opportunity to receive meaningful feedback on the images they submit.
Attendees hear from experts leading the session as well as the perspectives of their fellow attendees, all in a communal effort to advance their artistic abilities.
