In Mladenovac, Serbia, the Dog гeѕсᴜe Shelter received a heartbreaking call. A mother dog and her two puppies had been аЬапdoпed and left to feпd for themselves on the side of the road, where they had been for several days.

The people who found them tried to feed them, but the highly protective mother dog would not allow anyone to approach her pups.
When the rescuers arrived, they found the mother dog hiding in the grass by the road with her puppies, trying to protect them as she waited for her owners to return. Sadly, that would never happen.
Fortunately, the mother dog realized the rescuers were there to help, and she remained docile and eager to accept the food they offered her.
After loading the mother and her two puppies into the car, the rescuers returned to the site to ensure there were no more puppies left behind. To their surprise, they found another puppy hidden in the grass, just a few meters from the mother. The puppies were only a few days old and had not yet opened their eyes.
Luckily, they were rescued just in time. The four were taken to the shelter.
Moli, the mother, has proven to be an exceptional parent to her puppies. She seems happy and grateful to be in good hands, able to sleep in a warm bed instead of stranded on the side of the road.
The small family will be cared for by the shelter until they are ready to be аdoрted.
