In the small hours from the 5th to the 6th of June 2016, the four mummies owned by the National Archaeology Museum of Madrid were moved to a hospital to be studied, using the most advanced scanning technologies.
During these works, forensics found a secret that remained hidden for more than 2,500 years: The mysterious pieces located under the bandage found in the one known as the Golden Mummy. It started this way one of the most fascinating historic researches of the last years. A journey from the 21st century to the Ancient Egypt that will take forensics and historians to try to find out who really was the enigmatic “Golden Mummy”.
