Today, a historic moment unfolded in the Czech Republic as 23-year-old Alexandra Kinova gave birth to healthy quintuplets, marking the country’s first such occurrence. The delivery, performed via Caesarean section, welcomed four sons and a daughter into the world, as confirmed by officials at Prague’s Institute for the Care of Mother and Child.
Following the birth, doctors have placed both the mother and her five babies into an intensive care unit to ensure their well-being and provide necessary medісаɩ attention.

The four boys are called Deniel, Michael, Alex and Martin and the girl is called Terezka.
The family did not know what the ѕex of the all the babies were until they were born because two were hidden in the scan.
Zbynek Stranak, chief doctor at the neonatal section of the institute said the birth took place ‘without any complications.’

The mother-of-six did not realise she was carrying five babies until last month.
Ms. Kinova’s delivery proceeded smoothly, and both she and her quintuplets are currently receiving care in intensive care. Initially believed to be carrying twins, medісаɩ staff informed her in March that she was actually pregnant with four children. However, it wasn’t until the following month that she learned she was expecting quintuplets.
