Natalie received a diagnosis of “unexplained infertility,” also known as “anovulation,” which necessitated ovulation induction, involving hormone injections to stimulate regular ovulation. After undergoing this treatment, she finally became pregnant with her daughter Kiki in 2018.
“Twin pregnancies are common in my family, and I was aware of the slight possibility of multiple pregnancies with this treatment,” Natalie shared previously with Kidspot. “However, I could never have anticipated what was to come next.”
During our initial pregnancy ultrasound, I spotted two sacs on the screen and tears welled up, assuming we were expecting twins. Kahm, too, became emotional. Natalie and Kahm welcomed their quadruplets—Maioha Kahm (2.3 kg), Frankee Gee (1.92 kg), Marley Rose (2.2 kg), and Maddison Grace (2.1 kg)—in a matter of minutes on July 21st.
