Adalynn’s condition was one among the one in 100 babies born in the United States with this ailment. Despite a relentless battle against her critical condition, she eventually succumbed while awaiting a heart transplant at a children’s hospital in Nashville, Tennessee.
Justin and Kristi Rogers, Adalynn’s parents, reached out to photographer Suha Dabit to capture their daughter’s final moments. In a series of poignant images, Suha documented the family’s heartbreaking journey.
