Bachelor star Lauren Burnham has written a heartfelt note about her newborn twins, as her daughter remains in the hospital.
The new mom announced the birth of her children this week, but has only been able to bring one of them home so far.
Reality TV star Lauren Burnham shared an emotional message on Instagram, along with a series of adorable photos featuring her newborn twins and husband Arie Luyendyk Jr. at the hospital.
The 29-year-old wrote: “Happy first week of life to my sweet babies. Looking forward to double the diapers, double the feedings, double the snuggles. Can’t wait to have you both home.”
Lauren’s daughter has had to stay in the hospital.
After his wife gave birth, Arie, 39, posted some photos of their children and wrote: “Never been prouder of my wife than in this moment. She is the strongest woman I know, and I’m lucky to be on this incredible journey with her. We are proud parents of a healthy boy and girl!”
Lauren welcomed her newborn twins this week.
She shared a video of the babies on her Instagram stories, writing: “2/3 of my heart here right now.
“Today is bittersweet… we get to leave the hospital.
“But little sis has to stay behind for now. I’ve never felt heartbreak like this. Please pray for our little girl.”
Lauren also posted two photos from her hospital bed right after giving birth, smiling alongside the twins.
Lauren is married to Arie Luyendyk Jr.
She also shared a beautiful picture of the sleeping babies, each wrapped in blankets—one in white and the other in pink.
Lauren captioned the post with the babies’ birth date, 06.11.21, and tagged their Instagram account.
Arie, the proud father of three, then announced, “The babies are here! Momma and babies are doing great and everything went smoothly.”
He added, “We’re spending time cherishing these moments. Thank you all for the support.”
