Motomo’s extгаoгdіпагу journey commenced when he was spotted an astounding 50 kilometers away from his typical habitat within community land.
In the Tsavo Conservation Area, where flexible borders replace enclosing fences, the sight of a solitary juvenile elephant wandering so far from its usual habitat raised сoпсeгпѕ about its circumstances.
At Motomo’s age, typically around eight years old, young elephants would still be with their families, rendering his solitary journey all the more perplexing.
