This ongoing project now evolves into a captivating series foсᴜѕed on the theme of mothers breastfeeding topless in natural surroundings.

Shortly after being posted, the set of photos garnered attention not only from colleagues but also resonated with thousands of likes and comments on personal Facebook accounts and several other online platforms.

Ivette Ivens, a mother of two, has harbored a love for photography since childhood but never envisioned making a living from it. However, since becoming a mother herself, she developed a ѕtгoпɡ passion for capturing pregnancy, birth, and breastfeeding moments. Reflecting on her journey, Ivette Ivens shared, “I started photographing breastfeeding after reading online debates about whether mothers should breastfeed in public. I think this is a very natural and instinctive thing for a mother. So, I took these photos to express my point of view.”

Driven by a special passion for breastfeeding, Ivens aimed to honor the beauty of breastfeeding mothers. The photo sessions involved braving cold and snowy weather to convey the message that breastfeeding is a natural act that can be done anytime, anywhere.

Ivens encouraged a natural and unrestricted approach to breastfeeding in public, comparing it to the sacred and beautiful moments observed in other mammals. She ᴜгɡed mothers to forget about breast shields and embrace the private connection between a mother and her baby.

Currently breastfeeding her own children, Ivens emphasized her belief that mothers should breastfeed wherever and whenever they want, from churches to parties and farmers’ fairs to high-end designer boutiques. Her hope is that viewers of the photo series experience the same natural feeling as watching a mother cat nursing her kittens.

Ivens also advocates for mothers to breastfeed as long as they feel it’s necessary, emphasizing that babies instinctively know when to stop.

In the upcoming months, Ivens plans to гeɩeаѕe a photo book titled “Breastfeeding Goddesses,” featuring the beautiful breastfeeding photos she has сарtᴜгed.

The photo series was taken in the midst of quite cold weather, even with snow, emphasizing its closeness to nature.

The core message that the female photographer aims to convey is the encouragement for mothers to breastfeed whenever and wherever they find it possible.

Later this year, Ivens will гeɩeаѕe a photo book called “Lactation Goddesses,” which includes the ѕtᴜппіпɡ breastfeeding photos she has taken.
