VIDEO: Lucky To Witness A Mother Leopard Stops Traffic To Teach Her Tiny Cubs How To Cross The Road

A fortunate safari park visitor witnessed a gentle mother leopard moving her tiny new???? cubs and assisting them in crossing the road.

When visiting the Kruger National Park in Sᴏᴜᴛʜ Aғʀɪᴄᴀ, Thinus Delport, 64, instructed his daughters to start singing to coax the animals out. To their astonishment, it worked.

The mother leopard crept out of the bushes by the side of the road first, looking around as though she were scanning the area for potential ᴛʜʀᴇᴀᴛs. Her two little infants ran after her but turned around to get to safety

The spotted animal quickly realized they didn’t travel with her and patiently waited for them in the center of the road before returning and sitting in front of the bushes where they were concealed. She fetched them again for attempt number two and the sweet cubs meekly crossed the road where several cars had stopped to watch and allow them pass safely.

One of them got separated from the group and decided to stop for a nap in the middle of the road. It could be heard crying out for its mother. When it tried to turn around, the mother quickly seized hold of it by the neck and directed it in the right direction before vanishing again into the bushes.

Big cats can be seen in the Kruger National Park, but it is unusual to observe a leopard moving her kittens at such a young age.
